Dear Sir/Madame
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service of Rainbow Holidays Travel Agency. I returned from holidays in Ibiza yesterday and I would like to complain about the service provided by your company.
First of all, I was not informed that the time of my plane's departure was changed. Therefore, I had to spend three hours at the airport, waiting for my flight, which spoilt all my plans for the whole day.
What is more, Mr Adam Smith, the representative, did not do his duty. When I was at your agency to book the holiday I was told that I would be collected from the airport by the representative who would also take me to the hotel. However, no one appeared when I arrived at the airport. Thus, having no other alternative, after an hour of futile waiting, I had to take a taxi. In addition, it seems that Mr Smith avoided me during my whole stay in Ibiza. It was impossible to contact him since he did not answer the phone.
My next complain concerns the room I stayed in. I was assured that I would have a room with a view over the sea. In fact, the sea was too far from the hotel to be seen and my room overlooked the building of a nearby hote. Moreover, the the hotel was situated so close to a very busy street thatI was woken up by the traffic very early every morning.
Additionaly, I must express my dissatisfaction about the quality of food and service of the hotel restaurant. Contrary to what I had been told by your travel agent, there was no vegetarian food. What is more, the meals I was served there left a lot to be desired.
I hope you will give this matter your attention and consider accommodating your clients in a better quality hotel. Moreover, I would appreciate an apology for the poor quality of the service of your travel agency.
