Dear Madam/Sir
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a Giant Monster I obtained at Toy's Eden Shop as a birthday present for my nephew.
First of all, there were no batteries supplied, although I was assured by a shop assistant that there would be two bateries. However, what is the most annoying is the fact that as soon as my nephew took the toy out of the box the Monster turned out to be broken. It did not move its head and did not make any growls.
Moreover, when I went to Toy's Eden Shop to complain about the condition of the toy and to have it exchanged for another one, the Customer Care manager did not want to talk to me, claiming that he had an important meeting. I felt completely ignored and I consider his behaviour very rude
I expect an apology from the manager and an exchange of the toy, otherwise I will feel forced to take legal action.
