Dear Madame/Sir

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services of Polish Telecommunication Company. I have had serious problems with making phone calls, especially long distance ones, for a long time. The problems began when I tried to phone my sister in Australia. Every time I dialed the number, I had to listen to your answerphone, which informed me that the line was engaged and I had to wait. I understand that the line may be busy but I do not think it may last for 3 hours. When I finally got through to Australia and my sister picked up the phone, the line went dead and I was again told to wait. I had no more patience to keep trying therefore I gave up and, instead of calling my sister, I decided to send her an email. I thought it would be a faster and easier way to contact her. However, to my surprise, I was proved wrong. It turned out that I had no connection to the Internet, which is provided by your company. The situation did not change until the following day when I was finally able to access the Internet, however, I still was not able to get the connection to my sister. Moreover, when I received the bill for my phone calls, it turned out that my every attempt to get through to Australia was charged by your company.

As I have already mentioned, there are aslo problems with the Internet connection. I got used to the fact that sometimes the transfer is very slow and it takes a lot of time to download the data I need. However, what really infuriated me is what happens a few days ago. I was half way thorough sending very important information to my company when, suddenly, I was disconnected and all the data was lost.

The cases I mentioned in my letter are only the most serious ones. Nevertheless, there was a number of other failures in the services of Polish Telecommuniaction Comapny. It is hard to understand why such a big company provides such poor services for such high prices. It is time you did something to improve the quality of your services. Otherwise you are bound to lose most of your clients since, fortunately, the competition in the telecommunication market is increasing and nowadays more and more companies offer their telecommunication services.

I hope the charges for my call attempts will be cancelled otherwise I will feel compelled to take legal action.

I do not demand any compensation but I do hope you will consider my suggestion and improve the quality of your services.

Yours faithfully

XY
