Dear Sir/Madame
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the holidays organized by Cheap Trip Travel Agency. I returned from holidays in Mallorca, where I stayed at the Bianca Hotel and there is a number of points I would like to complain.
To start with, the problems started even before the departure of the plane. I was not informed in advance that the time of the departure of the plane had been changed. As the result, I had to wait for over two hours at the airpot.
Contrary to what I had been told by your travel agent, the representative did not collect me from the airport. In fact, he did not arrive there at all and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. Moreover, he neglected his duties and did not provide me with necessary information concerning the area. I would even say that he try to avoid me since it was hardly possible to contact him. He did not ansewr the phone whenever I called him.
In addition, the hotel was not as splendid as your advertisement had promised. I had to climb the stairs to the seventh floor since the lift broke down five times. This was a serious discomfort for me as I suffer from asthma. I had been assured that I would have a room with a view of the ocean, however my windows overlooked only the hotel garden. What is more, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the food served by the hotel restaurant. The preparation of the meals seemed careless and their taste left a lot to be desired.
Since I am much disappointed at the quality of the servise provided by your company, I would appreciate an apology from Cheap Trip Travel Agency for not having fulfilled the promises concerning your holiday offer.
