Dear Sir or Madam,

I want to tell you how disappointed I am with the parcel that I ordered from you. I read your advertisement and unfortunately for me, I believed in it. The figure that I was supposed to receive from you I intended to give to my best friend for his 23rd birthday.

In that advertisement it was guaranteed that the parcel would be delivered within ten days, whereas it arrived eleven days later. Additionally, the message which was engraved on the statuette was different from the one that I had chosen. Furthermore, as the statuette is very fragile you should have packed and transported it carefully, while it was cracked.

As you can imagine I could not give this statuette to my friend. I insist on a full refund and apology for the inconveniences caused. I am looking forward to your prompt reply.
