The principal aims of this report are to:
- provide an overview of the school restaurant menu.
- indicate factors that make it less attractive for students.
- make recommendations as how greater effects may be achieved.
I interveved 100 students from all grades attending to the restaurant and I used the questionnaire provided.
MENU
Seventy - eight of the people intervewed didn't like the menu of the restaurant. A small group of twenty - two people said that they it just once a week there so they could say that the food is good. Most people expressed the opinion that the menu is poor in vegetables and fruits and that it is very humdrum. 5% of the students said that they are vegetarians and they can very seldom find something good for them.
FACTORS MAKING THE RESTAURANT LESS ATTRACTIVE
A high proportion of surveyed said that they don't like that restaurant is small and that it doesn't have an air - conditioning which is very bothering especially during the summer time. Most of people said that there are not enough sits and tables for the number of customers and very often the pause finishes before they will get a chance of eating their dinner.
RECOMMENDATIONS
My recommendations are the following:
- changing the gastronomic outlet for bigger one
- the equipment should be partially founded by the headmaster
- more varied menu
Those who already eat in the school restaurant will be more satisfied and there will be more place for new customers.
