My winter holidays started this morning. It is Monday and ahead of me there are the most exciting vacation. I am flying to New York to my aunt and uncle. This is the first time I would go there. I will spend there two weeks. it is incredible. I am so happy and excited. I am packed already. My aunt told me to take warm clothes because the winter in the USA is very cold and frosty this year. I am a little nervoused beacause I was never flying by plain. I am going alone but I hope that everything will be all right and that we won't crash. I am sitting by the window so I will be able to watch the Earth from the sky. My aunt is going to pick me up at the airport. I am afraid that I won't undrestand people in USA. I know that I can speak English but I am still very nervoused. We will see.
I am alive. The flight was great. I was afraid at the beginning and I felt dizzy but later it was OK. The Earth is amazing, it looks like a chess board. I watched a movie it was a comedy with Hugh Grant, but I don't remember the title. Later I was sleeping. When I woke up we were perepering for landing. The New York was hudge. It was all in lights. I was shocked. I was afraid. My aunt was waiting for me. She was very happy to see me. She is my mum's sister. She went to New York over 20 years ago. She came to study here and she met my uncle here. They got married and they have got one child. Alex is seventeen years old. He comes to Poland every year. I like him very much. He is very funny and he speaks in a funny way. He was also at the airport. We went to their house. It is beautiful. I am very tired. I am going to bed.
Today we went exploring the city. I woke up in the morning. My aunt was still at home. We ate breakfast together. I had a corn flakes with milk. My aunt is working as a profesor at the university and my unckle is a lawyer. They have got a lot of money but they are very modest and nice. They live in a house 20 miles from the New York city. My cousin had also winter break. After they went to work me and Alex we went to the New York exploration. I was amazed. I couldn't believe something like that could exist. The buildings were so high that I could hardly see the sky. We went to see The Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building. For lunch we went to Chinatown and we had some chinese food. It was great. I was taking pictures all the time. When we came back I was very tired. At the evening we went for the dinner to the Italian restaurant. It was delicious.
Today it was time for another part of moniuments to see. We were walking along the streets and couldn't belive that I was walking through the streets of one of the biggest city in the world. All those beautiful shops and shop windows were like a dream. I wish I could afford buing a dress in such a shop. I hoped to meet some famous actor or model. We had a of fun together. When we came back my aunt was already at home. We decided to go to the cinema together. It was a horror. We were screaming a lot but it was fun. Unfortunately my uncle couldn't go because he had a lot of work to do. I would like to stay here for ever.
Now, it is almost end of my winter holidays. I didn't write for so long because I didn't have much time. There was so many things to do here. I met some friends of Alex. They all were very nice to me and they said I speak great English. For one weekend we all went skiing to the mountains. It was amazing. Poland is very different. I think that it will be hard for me to come to school. I will never forget this vacation. I hope I will come back here one day. I think that Americans are much nicer than Polish people. They smile a lot and they don't argue. On the other hand everybody here work a lot. But thanks to that they can afford many things like beautiful houses and cars. Now, I am looking farword my return flight. I miss my parents and my room. I will never forget this vacation.
