Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in a matter of the suitcase I had left in one of the aeroplane. The flight number was LH 409 to Berlin. It was yeasterday, so it was 20 June.
To begin with, the suitcase was small and it was my hand luggage. I had forgotten abgout it while getting of the plane. It was all black with the red squere in the middle of it. Unfortunatelly, the suitcase didn't have any initials on it. But there was a small padlock on the end of the zip.
However, it may be very hard to recover it I ask you fo help. The luggage is very important to me because there were all documents connected with my firm. They are invaluable to me but worthless for other people. There were no money inside the suitcase.
