Laughter is the best natural cure. It makes you stronger, helps you deal with stress and fight with different difficulties. When you are cheerful, you have more friends and people like spending time with you. There are many kinds of laughter and it may have numerous meanings.
We all know that when we are satisfied with something, the first thing we do is smile. We laugh when we are happy, when someone does something funny or when we want others to accept us. Laughter may be noisy, bright, coarse, squeaky or thunderous. Everyone laughs in a different way. Laughter is believed to have nearly magic power. It is the great therapy foe our souls and psyches. In the USA there are hospitals employing clowns to make the patients laugh. It has been proved that when we laugh, we get healthy much quicker and our body is much stronger.
In the USA and in some countries of Western Europe, there were professional clinics opened, in which patients are trained to come over their problems and deal with them laughing.
Laughter not only cures our souls, but it helps to strengthen our bodies as well.
When we laugh, all bad emotions go away, we are in a better mood and we feel less pain. There are endorphins produced in our brain, which are called by many the 'hormones of happiness'. It has been proved that those, aho laugh more often, are healthier and live longer.
