We all think that it is very bad that money has such great power. We have to pay for everything- even for taking part in cultural life. Whether we want to see a theatrical play, a movie or an exhibition, we need to pay much money for it. This makes us nervous because sometimes we cannot afford it. Culture should not be available only for the rich- we think. The theatres and museums should want to have as big audience as possible.
However, there are other aspects of this problem. If the museums are supposed to be modernized and have good pieces of art to offer, much money is needed. The same situation is with the theaters and cinema- the customer has to pay in order to let the artists and producers do their work. That is why we can not complain about paying fees for entering them. It helps everything work properly.
All of us should think about this problem and stop complaining about the tickets. A wise person once said that "supporting culture we are supporting our souls". If we look at it form this point of view, we might not be sorry paying for what culture can offer us.
