Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to point out some organisational problems which appeared on this years Computer Fair organised in our town. I represented the Uminet company and in my view the fair was successful. However, some improvements in the organisation of the fair could have a beneficial effect on its further popularity.

Firstly, stands were located very close together and the companies had limited space to display their equipment. The other thing is that there was not enough equipment in the hands-on interactive workshop. It was overcrowded and the fair participants could not derive enough advantages of it. It also unabled participants to share their opinions with companies representatives. Moreover, the noice prevented visitors from making conversations. Another problem was that the number of parking places was insufficient. The representatives could not park their vans near the entrance. In some instances they had to carry the equipment from the car park in the rain.

From my point of view, these problems could be easily solved. First of all, the stands displaying new products should be located at larger intervals. Secondly, there should be more equipment in the hands-on interactive workshop. Everyone should have the possibility to use it. It could also be a good idea to locate the workshops in larger rooms to avoid throng. Finally, the number of parking places should be increased and also situated near the entrance to make the delivery of equipment easier.

I hope that my suggestions will help you improve the organisation of the next year's fair.

Yours faithfully,

XYZ.
