We could compare people in many ways for example by their race, religion or by tradition. I'd like to compare people by the subculture they belong to.
Clothes, shoes, hair person often depend on what subculture that person is connected with. Every subculture have characteristic clothes, way of thinking, habits, they listen to the same music, they going concerts and so on.
For example punks. Standard punk may looks very strange. He has Iraqis hair on his head sometimes very colorful. He wares skin jacket full of iron things like safety pin. He wares also heavy lather boots which can be black or color. They listen to punk-rock music. They go to the concerts. They attitude to life is positive, they are very peaceful people.
Opposite to punks are skinheads. They are bald well-build, they ware sport clothes well-known companies. Skinheads, when they are in group, are very aggressive. They bit and terrify people on the streets. They don't like punks and grunges.
Grunges have long hair, they wear wooden necklaces and bracelets. They want to be close to nature, protect it. It's very peaceful subculture.
Nowadays subculture are mixing. It's hard to find ordinary punk or grunge. Also appear many other subcultures, for example normals. Members of that subculture often don't know that they belong to that group. Simply other subcultures want to call somehow people which aren't in any subcultures.
Personally I'm not very close to any subculture or maybe I don't know that I belong to some group. I thing that belonging to group of people can give us many friends, especially if they have the same opinions as ours.
