Dear Mrs McBill
Thank you very much for your letter and the information that you provided. I am really looking forward to starting the English course at your Language Centre.
I am coming to Cardiff on June 24, my plane arrives at 7:30 p.m. Could you arrange for someone to collect me from the airport? I have never been to Cardiff before and I am arriving rather late in the evening therefore I worry that I might have some problems with finding my way from the airport to your Language Center. Besides, I will probably have quite heavy luggage so it would be really comfortable for me to have someone to help me. Moreover, I would like to ask you what kind of clothes I should take with me.
I am also interested in the extra activities included in the curriculum of the course. You mentioned about them in your letter, could you, please, give me more details about them? What kinds of activities are they? And are they included in the price of the course?
My last question concerns the accomodation. I am a very sociable and friendly person, therefore I would like to share my room with at least one other female participant of the course. Would it be possible or do you have only single rooms available?
