Dear Madam/Sir
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a washing machine I have bought recently in your shop in Lublin.
Your product dissapointed my expectations during the first washing. The engine of the washing machine stoped just a few mintues after I plugged the equipment in. I was compelled to call for a proffesional mechanic from your service department. However, he did not manage to repair the appliance as it turned out that the problem was caused by some manufacturing defect. What is more, I had to pay for the service zł 60.
Having no other alternative, I demand a full refund of zł 2300 and removing the broken washing machine from my flat. I hope you will give this matter an urgent attention, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action.
