Dear Madam or Sir

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service of your company. My complaints concer holidays on Tenerife.

To start with, your travel agent assured me that I would stay in a luxurious hotel situated within the walking distance to the beach. I was also promised a spacious room with a terrace and windows overlooking the ocean. However, the hotel turned out to be small and old and it was situated close to a very busy street but very far from the ocean. It took forty minutes to walk to the beach. Moreover, there was a balcony insted of a terrace in my room and the windows overlooked a hotel garden. In addition, the staff of the hotel neglected their duties. I had to ask three times for new bedlinen and when I asked for a wake-up call at 6 o'clock, I was woken up at 9 o'clock. When I complaind about it, a receptionist treated me very rudely.

Secondly, the choice of food served at the hotel restaurant was very limited. Moreover, there were hardly any traditional Spanish dishes, although your leaflet says that holidays at Oceanic Hotel is a perfect opportunity to try delicious Spanish cousine.

I am also extremely disappointed with the coach tour that you advertised in your leaflet. The tour was organized, however, no guide was provided.

I feel entitled to demand a full refund of my holidays and an apology for your not fulfilling the promises given by your tourist office. I hope you will consider my complaints as soon as possible.
