Emily: Good morning!
Andy: Good morning!
E: I work for the teenage magazine "GIRL" and I'm now interviewing young people in the street asking them various questions. May I interview you?
A: Why not? That could be fun!
E: Ok then. I'm Emily. And what's your name?
A: I'm Andy. Nice to meet you.
E: Nice to meet you, Andy. Do you like cooking?
A: Yes, I love it.
E: And what do you usually cook? Have you got your speciality?
A: I'm the best at cooking fish&chips, hamburgers and also kebab because I work in a fast-food restaurant. My speciality is a chocolate cake with raisins.
E: Have you got your own recipe for the cake?
A: Yes, it's a very old recipe of my grandma who once gave it to my mum and she, in turn, gave it to me. ,
E: What do you do, Andy?
A: I'm a student at the university.
E: What are you studying?
A: I'm in my third year of history studies. History and cooking are my hobbies.
E: How do you find time to study if you work in a restaurant?
A: It isn't that hard because I work only 3 times a week.
E: And how long do you work?
A: I work nine hours a day.
E: Do you often eat fast-food or do you prefer some other kinds of food?
A: Actually, I eat it hardly ever, I prefer healthy, traditional food. I eat a lot of fruit, vegetables and dairy products.
E: And what about fizzy drinks? Do you like them?
A: Not really. I usually drink mineral water or orange juice.
E: So if you don't like fast-food, why do you actually work in this kind of a restaurant?
A: Just because I earn quite a lot and because I like the people I work with.
E: What are your plans for the future? Are you thinking about a career of a chef?
A: No, I'm not going to keep working in the restaurant after graduating from the university. I'd like to teach history in secondary school.
E: I have no more questions. Thanks for a very nice chat, Andy.
A: Thank you, Emily.
E: Bye!
A: Bye, bye!
