Firstly, I suggest focusing on improving the quality of the food you serve. It's important that dishes are prepared to a high standard and meet customer expectations. Secondly, I recommend improving the attitude and service of your staff. Friendly and attentive service goes a long way. Lastly, I suggest working on reducing the waiting time for food to arrive.
