Dear Kate,
I am writing because I would like to tell you about my new neighbour. Last time I told you that new people has rented a house naxt to ours. It turned out that they have got a daughter who is in the same age as me.
Firstly I would like to write you how does she look like. Her name is Ann and she is very pretty. She is of medium height and she is fourteen years old, just like me. Ann is very slim. Her hair is long, dark and stright. She always have got a plait. Her eyes are brown and very big. When she smiles you can see a small dimples in her cheeks.
Ann is very trendy. She likes wearing tight blouses and t - shirts. She doesn't like black colour. She likes trousers made of denim or corduroy. Her favourite colours are green, orange , brown and red. She doesn't like short skirts but she likes high - heeled shoes. I like her style very much.
However, she is trendy it was hard to meet her because she is very shy. Now we are friends but it took us a long time to get well. Ann is very optimistic person, she can always find bright sides in her life. She is also very inteligent and smart person. She is not very talkative but that's good because I talk a lot.
