Ingredients
dough:
half kilogram of wheat-flour
125 milliliters of water
35 decagrams of margarine
seven eggs
35 decagrams of sugar
8 decagrams dark Dutch cocoa
3 teaspoons of baking powder
coconut filling:
one and a half of glass of egg white
40 decagrams of sugar
40 decagrams of desiccated coconut
chocolate icing:
6 decagrams of desiccated coconut
4 decagrams of milk chocolate
6 decagrams of margarine "Maryna"
3 decagrams of butter
Preparation
First beat egg white with sugar and mix with desiccated coconut.
Then boil margarine, sugar, coconut, water together and wait
until it cools down.
Add eggs and flour mixed with baking powder.
Pour half of dough into baking tray.
Spread coconut filling evenly.
Cover with the rest of dough.
Bake for about 30 minutes in 200 degrees centigrade.
After cake cools pour it with chocolate icing.
