Dear Sir/Madame
I am writing this letter to express my disappointment at the holiday organized by your travel agency. There is a number of points about which I would like to complain.
First of all, I would like you to explain it to my why my itinerary was changed without me being informed about it. Because of the changes I had to spend a whole day witing for my flight at the airport in Mediolan. That, in turn, caused changes in my plans for that day. My next complaint concerns the reperesentative of your travel agence who was supposed to collect me at the airport but, in fact, did not appeared there and I had to get to the hotel on my own. Moreover, it lookd like the representative kept avoidining me because I couold never contact her.
I would also like to complain about the accomodation. Your advertisement said it would be a high-standard hotel and I was promised a big room overlooking the sea. In fact, however, the hotel was in a very poor condition and my room overlooked a very busy and noisy street, instead of the sea. Moreover, I did not have hot water in my bathroom twice and the air-conditioning did not work, although the temperature outside was above 35 degrees centigrade. The hotel restaurant offered very limited choice of food and most of the dishes were simply inedible! I was also displeased with the service at the resturant. The staff was rude and inattentive-once I had to wait for having my order taken for 20 minutes!
My last complaint concerns the sports facilities. In fact, there were no tennis courts which you promised in your advertisement.
I suggest that next time you accomodate your customers in some other hotel with better standards so that they will not feel cheated as I do now.
I hope you will give attention to my complaints and consider my suggestion. I also expect an apology.
