Dear Madam and Sir,
We are very grateful that you decided to look after our son Peter, while he is in the US on CET program. We hope that you will have good time together. We are positive, that our son is not going to cause any troubles to you. We also would like to ask you to do your best and take good care of Peter. He may need it especially at the very beginning of the visit. We know that you have your own children and hope that they could help our son fit to the new conditions.
Peter is rather quiet and obedient boy. He never caused troubles neither at school or at home. We try to be understanding for him and he proves to be a reliable person.
We know that he may find being a member of your family problematic. That's why we would like to ask you to clarify the rules he has to follow in your house at the very beginning. It might be useful for him to share several duties with you and your children. For a young boy, such as Peter, most problematic may become problems connected with keeping himself and his clothes clean. Please, inform him about the rules of washing the clothes and using shower or others.
Peter is a clever and ambitious person, but if he has problems with some subject he can work too hard and never ask for help. We hope that it is possible for you to stay in touch with his teachers and arrange some help for him, if necessary.
He has no special food-preferences. But he cannot yet cook, so unfortunately, he will not be able to make any Polish dish for you.
If you have any problems, please contact us immediately.
With respect,
