Dear Madam/Sir
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a CD player I purchased at Mix Electronics Discount Audio in Cracow three weeks ago.
Your advertisements convinced me that you offer the best audio equipment available on the Polish market. Now I find it hard to believe since the problems with my CD player began on the day when I purchased it. First of all, the are problems with the tracking mechanism. As a result, I never know which track I listen to at the moment. Moreover, the volume control and the control panel do not work properly. I decided to have the CD player repaired at the service department of Mix Electonics. I collected it yesterday and I was told that all the faults had been fixed. However, when I tried to listen to a CD, it soon turned out that the tracking mechanism still does not work properly.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the products I bought at your store. I feel entitled to demand the exchange of my faulty CD player for a new and working one or to demand the return of my money.
