Dear Mrs Robinson
I am writing to apply for the position of a teacher of English at Multilingua Language School. My educational background and experience give me good qualifications to apply for the job. I graduated from the Jagiellonian University with MA degree in literature in 2003. Dirung my studies, I attended paedagogical course which provided me with good knowledge concerning the methods of foreign language teaching. Moreover, in 2002 I received a scholarship financed by the European Union and spent one year in England where I had my teaching practise. In addition, my work experience includes also work in a secondary school in Kraków, where I was employed for two years. I have also experience in translation since I worked as a translator in Tur-Mark Travel Agency.
I feel that teaching is my vocation and work at your school would give me an excellent opportunity to gain new experience and to develop my teaching skills. Therefore I would like to ask you to consider my application for the position of a teacher at Multilingua Language School.
