A car is considered a sign of development of the society and a proof of the power of human's mind. Creating a car enabled people to travel fast and it became the most important mean of transportation. You can drive a car any time you like. If your car is really fast, you can safe much time. Although having a car has many advantages, it also has some disadvantages.
Every single car causes the pollution of the air. The bigger the engine, the worst damage it may make to the natural environment. Everyone knows, how dangerous the greenhouse effect may appear and cars are partly responsible for it. Today we can minimize the bad influence of cars to nature. A car has to be checked by the technicians and other experts very thoroughly. They are able to notice even the slightest fault in the car. We should dispose old the old cars at once. In my opinion there should be catalytic converters installed in each car. All car producers together with the governments should establish rules for that.
Another things which seem problematic is the materials of which most cars are made of. They are non-recyclable. The out-if-use cars will be decomposing for several millions of years.
You cannot talk about cars not mentioning the threat that they cause directly to your life. each year more than 250.000 people get killed in car crashes. Many more get seriously injured. Guilty of such statistics are bad traffic regulations, stupidity of the drivers (driving after alcohol!!!) and many other things. Each driver has to follow the regulations because it can help them to drive safe. There are many problems concerning the traffic regulations, which has to be dealt with by the government. I think that most of us is aware that if there is nothing done to make the situation better, the consequences will be terrifying and disastrous.
