El Arenal, Spain Friday, July 14th, 2005
Dear John,
As you probably know, I am on holiday with my parents and my sister. We came to Mallorca for two weeks. It is already our third visit here. We are staying at the hotel by the beach.
As always on Mallorca, the weather is wonderful. I haven't seen any clouds on the sky here. I am really having good time. We spend most of the time on the beach. My parents like sunbathing but me and my sister love swimming in the sea. In the evenings we usually go to the swimming pool. We go for trips as well. Yesterday we were in Valldemosa. It is the town, where George Sand and Chopin lived for some time. Next to it there is Puerto de Soller, where they make the best orange juice from fresh oranges. Me and my dad went rafting too. It is real fun, but you can get scared easily. Tomorrow me and my sister are going to learn diving! We also are going to visit the caves which are nearby. Perhaps it will be a bit colder there! As you can see, I have busy time here, but also lot of fun.
I hope to see you when I go back home so I am going to tell you more then. Now I am going for a supper. See you soon!
