I think that most Polish people are healthy, but we could divide them into two groups. The first one consists on young and fit persons. They are keen on exercising and like many sports. They realize that moving your body and fresh air are very important to keep healthy and strong. Nevertheless, if someone wants to do this, they need much time and strong will. It is important to exercise regularly and to watch the diet. In the second group there are overweight people, those who work too much and have no time to take care of their health. They usually come back from work late and they only want to lie down and watch TV. They think they are too tired to exercise and don't want to do this.

When we think about food, it also can be divided into healthy and unhealthy. Healthy food means much vegetables, fish, milk products and fruit. Unhealthy food is- too much meat, fat and too little healthy things. Those people, who work hard usually have no time to eat regularly and they eat unhealthy food. They go to McDonalds or other fast-food restaurants. But I observed that today more and more people eat salads and take care to be fit. Perhaps they realized that bad eating is terribly dangerous for health.

It is said that stress also can be dangerous to our body and psyche. It is very unhealthy to live under hard stress. If someone wants to live a long, healthy life, they should be more cheerful. They should take care to eat well, exercise a lot and not be too stressed. It is the only way to stay healthy.
