My dear Mary,
I was very sorry, when I got to know about your problems. It must have been terrible to go through something like that. I must say, that if I were you, I would tell the parent about everything that happened. They would certainly be worried, but they could help you a lot.
Don't worry about the exams so much. I am sure that if you get to work right now, you will manage to revise everything. Perhaps you could take some private lessons too. Ask your parents for help in finding a good teacher. They will certainly pay for your lessons. And most important- don't be lazy!
Do you remember the song "Don't worry, be happy"? Listen to it whenever you can. There is no need and no time to worry. It leads to nothing but more trouble.
I hope that everything will get back to normality as soon as possible.
I wish you good luck, my dear.
I am looking forward to hearing from you,
Your Auntie Clair.
