Dear Kasia

Thanks for your last letter. It looks like you're very anxious about your school leaving exam. Don't worry so much, you still have two months to revise all the material. You've always been a good student and I'm sure you've already started preparing for the examination. But don't forget that if oyu want to study effectively, you must be relaxed. You should get enough sleep so do not stay up late. It's a good idea to have short breaks in studying and to go for a walk or listen to some nice music. What you eat is also important. You should include a lot of fruit and vegetables to your everyday diet. When you feel tired, try eating some chocolate-it has good influence on your mood. And do not drink too much coffe. It makes you feel more stimulated but caffeine is harfmul to your health. And remember that you shouldn't study all days long. Meet with friends from time to time and go to the cinema or to the disco.
