Dear Harry
How are you? Have you finally found a new flat? And how are your holidays?
I'm writing to you from Hawaii, where I came a week ago. I'm staying with my girlfriend Caroline in a luxurious hotel called Exclesior Hotel. We have a spacious, comfortable room with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The hotel has excellent facilities like tennis courts, swimming pool and gym.
The weather is fantastic-very sunny and hot. We spend a lof of time on the beach either swimming or just sunbathing. Every day after supper, Caroline and I go for a long walk along the beach and then watch the sunset. It's really awesome. I would also like to see the sunrise before we leave but this means getting up very early, about 4 a.m.
Yesterday Caroline started to learn surfing. She really enjoyed it and the instructor said she was doing quite well. She's taking today next lesson. I started scuba diving course three days ago and tomorrow I'm going to dive on my own for the first time. I'm very excited about it!
I like the cuisine here. They eat here a lot of fruit and seafood and the meals are light and very tasty. People are very friendly and sociable. They like having a good time and organize many interesting events for the tourists. Tonight we're going to a beach party; there's going to be great music, delicious food, a lot of people and a huge bonfire around which we're going to dance. It's going to be fun!
It's all from me now, I must finish and start getting ready for the party.
