The place of birth of Christina Maria Aguilera was Staten Island in the state of New York and the date 18th December 1980. The name of her father is Fausto Aguilera and he is from Equador. He came to the USA and joined the army. Her mother is Shelly Fidler and she was a musician, she played on a violin and she played in the Youth Symphony Orchestra when she was a teenager. In Christina's youth, her family was moving to Texas, Florida, Japan and New Jersey after the father who had many various assignments. They had second daughter but later they separated. It was in 1986.
Christina is beautiful. Christina is rather tall and the colour of her eyes is blue. She is blonde. She likes clothes, especially fashionable ones and her favourite colour is red. She likes eating meals in fast foods, playing basketball and driving a car (she has a Porshe). She was very new in the business and her album was only recently published so many people thought that the award would go to Britney Spears. Even Christina Aguilera was shocked when she received the award so soon. In 2000 she won another Grammy Award from Latin Recording Academy. It was for her song in Spanish "Mi Reflejo". In 2002 Christina Aguilera received the third Grammy Award for the Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals for "Lady Marmalade'. She finished another album in the year 2002. Christina Aguilera said that this song about the lack of acceptance and feel of discrimination that couldn't force us to think bad about ourselves. The single was at the second place on the Billboard Hot 100 and it is an unmatched radio hit.
