I am writing this letter to express my strong dissatisfaction and disappointment about the quality of service and food I received at your restaurant on the evening of March 20.
The waitress who attended my table was somewhat slow - I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to have my order taken .Moreover ,the dish we were bought was not hot enough and its preparation appeared careless .To my disgust ,I found a hair in my soup ! I complained about it to the waitress however ,her response was not very polite .I paid 30£ and I require something better than the hair in the soup .I felt embarrassed about the behaviour of the waitress and the quality of the food .
I expect an apology for the behaviour of the waitress and hope you will consider my comments .
