Dear Madame or Sir,
I have to complain to you about the terrible service and very bad food, which I received in your restaurant. I was a guest of the Orbis Hotel together with my few friends. We wanted to spend the whole week there, but we decided to leave the hotel after two nights. I was very surprised, because I had visited the hotel some time before and I had found it very satisfactory. I am going to describe, what happened when I last visited your restaurant.
On Thursday, January 26, 2006 I was a quest of the restaurant. Together with my friends, we came there at 7 PM. We had booked a table for four persons before. However, when we arrived the waiter did not know about the reservation. Finally we got a table, but in the room for non-smoking, whereas all my friends smoke. The cloth on our table was dirty with oily spots. We asked the waiter to change it, but he said that it was not his duty. We decided to eat something and we all chose crab soup and a duck stuck with apples. I also wanted a bottle of good red wine. I was shocked, when I saw the wine brought by the waiter. It was Bulgarian Sophia (we both know, how poor wine it is…). Moreover, the glasses were not cleaned properly… We all decided to drink water instead of that wine. After 50 minutes of waiting, we got our ducks. The potatoes were half raw, not mentioning the meat. It was bloody and hard. I could not chew it properly. I called the waiter and told him about it, but he replied that we are very irritating customers and he did not want to talk to us. We all decided to leave the place and asked the waiter for your address. It took him a long time to find it. He did not want us to leave without paying a bill! He seemed not to understand that we ate nothing and were truly disappointed with the service and all that happened at this restaurant.
I hope you will talk to the people hired in the restaurant and that the situation there will change. Were you aware of what is happening there?
