There are many reasons why people break the law, some pople commit crime because they must, some because they like it and some because they are not conscious of that.
We can differentiate many kinds of crime, begining with light like littering, through medium like robbery and finishing with very hard like third-degree murder, and the same nmber of causes.
Our country has very high level of unemployment, about 15% and if somebody has a big family which he wants to feed but no job to carry out, he has to get money in some way. People like this must rob or be a thief even if they do not want to. These offenders are not so bad because they steal smal things like bread or other groceries from shop.
But there is also another group of people much more threatening, who murder or kidnap because they thint that this is good, this people join some terroristic groups like Al-kaida. Unfortunately nawadays thera are more and more fanatics like this, who wants to blackmail whole world.
Another kind of criminalists are young people commiting small crimes to show how great they are, they do it to be accepted in a group or gang or just to create an impression on peers. Many of them perpetrate a crime because of impact of their friends, but as the time went by crime can become their daily bread.
There are also many other reasons for commiting crime, almoust as many as lawbreakers but these which I mentioned are the most popular.
