Dear Ania
Thank you very much for writing me back so quickly. It's fantastic that you'd like to join me in my trip to London. I'm sure we'll have lots of fun.
You asked me many questions about the trip so I'll give you some more details. As I've already told you, we're going to fly there by plane and, as the tickets were bought well in advance, they are really cheap. Originally, I was going there with my sister but she broke her leg a week ago and had to stay at home.
My dad has agreed to give us a lift to the airport, we'll pick you up from your house at about 2:30 p. m. The plane to London leaves at 5 p.m. on Thursday but we have to be at the airport at least an hour and a half earlier to check-in. We should arrive at Luton airport at 6:30 p. m. of the English time. My cousin Andrzej who lives in London will pick us up. We are going to stay in Earl's Court Hostel, which is very handy to the city centre and quite cheap (£15 per night with half-board). We're going to spend there 3 nights so the accommodation will cost us £45.
We're going to start our sightseeing on Friday morning and until Sunday afternoon we should manage to visit the most famous places: the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, St. Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, National Gallery, British Museum, Madame Tussauds, Tower of London. We'll also have a walk along the Thames.
Our flight back to Poland is at 7 p.m. on Monday and we'll arrive at Balice Airport at 9:30 p.m. of the Polish time. My dad we'll wait for us there and will drive us home.
That's all from me, if you have any questions, give me a call.
See you on Thursday
Love
Beata
