The most incredible day of my life was when Septimus proposed to me. We had been together for some time and we were beginning to be sure that we were going to be together for the rest of our lives. And one day, as we were sitting in a pub with a group of our friends, talking, laughing and having a good time, somebody asked:

"Hey, Septimus, why haven't you still proposed to Miranda?"

"Well, I - I haven't got any flowers", said Septimus.

Everybody laughed. After a moment Fred and Jane got up and walked out, saying "We will be right back". A few minutes later, Septimus's cellphone rang. It was Fred, saying: "Could you all go out for a moment? We've got something very interesting here". We went out and Fred gave to Septimus a bunch of flowers - all the wild flowers, grasses and leaves that he and Jane could find nearby. They didn't have to say a word. Septimus went down on one knee and said:

"Miranda, will you marry me?"

I said "yes" (of course!) and everybody started clapping and cheering. I will never forget this moment.
