I'm a student and I haven't been working yet, but sometimes I wonder which factors will be for me important when I decide to take a job up. I think that I will look for a big company, because they create and motivate the employees in a very stimulating way. What is more, they try to encourage people to be competitive and to work as hard as they can.
The company I will work for shouldn't have too complicated structure. The employees should know each other, everyone will know his responsibilities well and who the superior will be. It is for me important that I will also enjoy a lot of freedom and take some decisions alone. I know that someone who has such freedom is required to be a very competent, have the initiative and responsibility. My future job should help me in improving my organization skills and leadership qualities.
To the most important factors belongs the salary, of course. I think that people should be motivated by some financial targets. I will be able to work for many hours, but in return I expect a high salary. On the other side, I think that money isn't the most important factor for me. My future job should be interesting and it can't be boring. There is nothing better when you are satisfied with your job. I will be also very appreciated if the company cares for the employees. The board should be familiar with the needs of the employees. It would be great if the company provides a kindergarten for employees' children.
The opportunity to train and take part in different kinds of courses will belong to the most important factors.
I have mentioned the most important factors I will be guided by when I decide to start my professional career.
