I have been collecting autographs for ages and I have got some from celebrities. I had even an autograph of Michael Jackson, but exchanged it couple years ago. I received the one from Pawel Nastula in return. To may collection belongs also an autograph of Kszysztof Kowalewski, who played starred in many Polish movies. I got it during the students meeting at school.
A friend of mine is a real autograph collector. He has about thirty autographs. Among them they are autographs of such artists as Madonna, Michael Jordan, Metallica and Oasis members and the Olympic medalists Paul Nastula and Renata Mauer. He often takes part in meetings with the other collectors, where they can exchange each other. There he met a lot of people from other cities and countries.
People collect a lot of things. Some of them collect stamps or coins, whereas the others collect autographs. An autograph of a celebrity is a kind of souvenir. It reminds you that once you met an artist and received an autograph. This autograph you can show your friends or family. The most wanted of autographs are the ones of world-famous artists such as Madonna, Tom Cruise, Claudia Schiffer or Lance Armstrong.
