For many people their own flat means a full satisfaction. Most of them declare that it is completely unimportant where they live. They could live in a flat or in a small house. The most important is the private place to live.
Living in a flat means the limited privacy. All neighbours know each other and they know about the others everything. There are a lot of disturbances connected with living in a block of flat such as repairs, quarrels among neighbour and more. When your neighbours fight or renovate their flat, you take part in every their action. What is more, if you are going redecorate your flat, the permission of the building owner is required.
On the other hand, there are some advantages of living with friendly neighbours. They often help each other with shopping, looking after children or keeping an eye on your household during your absence.
If you have your own house in the suburbs, you probably have a lot of privacy and quiet. You can arrange your house whatever you want. What is more, it is possible to invite your friends for parties as often as you want without any fear of disturbing the neighbours. After the party your guests can stay and rest, because there a lot of rooms.
Living in the house is connected with higher costs of living. Moreover, there is a problem of guarding your estate. There is the risk of theft or arson. Daily commuting to work can be also tiring.
In my opinion, everyone should live comfortably no matters whether you live in a small flat in a high block or in a beautiful house with a huge garden.

Dla wielu ludzi posiadanie własnego mieszkania oznacza całkowitą satysfakcję. Większość z nich twierdzi, że całkowicie nieważne jest gdzie mieszkają. Mogliby mieszkać w mieszkaniu lub w małym domu. Najważniejsze jest posiadanie własnego miejsca do życia.
Mieszkanie w bloku oznacza ograniczona prywatność. Wszyscy sąsiedzi znają się i wiedzą o sobie wszystko. Wiele uciążliwości wiąże się z mieszkaniem w bloku, np. remonty, kłótnie między sąsiadami i inne. Kiedy sąsiedzi kłócą się albo remontują swoje mieszkanie, my uczestniczymy w każdym ich działaniu. Poza tym, jeśli zamierzasz wyremontować swoje mieszkanie, zgoda właściciela budynku jest wymagana.
Z drugiej strony, mieszkanie w bloku z miłymi sąsiadami może mieć tez zalety. Często pomagają sobie nawzajem w zakupach, przy pilnowaniu dzieci czy pilnowaniu twojego mieszkania podczas twoich nieobecności.
Jeżeli masz swój własny dom na przedmieściach, prawdopodobnie masz dużo prywatności i ciszy. Możesz przerobić swój dom jak tylko chcesz. Poza tym, masz możliwość zaproszenia swoich przyjaciół na przyjęcia tak często jak tyko chcesz i bez strachu, że może to przeszkadzać sąsiadom. Po przyjęciu przyjaciele mogą u ciebie zostać, bo w domu jest wiele pokoi.
Mieszkanie w domu związane jest z wyższymi kosztami życia. Ponad to, jest problem z pilnowanie twojej posiadłości. Istnieje również ryzyko kradzieży czy podpalania. Codzienne dojeżdżanie do pracy też może być meczące.
Moim zdaniem każdy powinien żyć wygodnie, nieważne czy mieszka w małym mieszkaniu w wysokim bloku czy w pięknym domu z ogromnym ogrodem.
