Many people claim that money is the strongest power of contemporary world. It is difficult to undermine this opinion. Money enables us to do anything we want. It has the strong influence on all aspects of our lives. People, who are very rich may make more friends, but they also have more enemies.

It can happen that your friend will become the enemy, when you get richer. The friends of rich people often start to be jealous of the money. It changes the relationship between them seriously. Those, who were your best friends start to avoid your company. If you try to talk to them honestly, they might not admit that something is wrong. It is extremely difficult to communicate with them. Both you and your friends know, that there is something wrong between you, but you would pretend that everything is fine.

Furthermore, when the person gets rich, many people want to become his/her friends. They start to be very nice to you, but in reality they only care about your money. They will ask you for help and they may take advantage of you. Such 'friends' may become the worst and most dangerous enemies.

There are many strangers, who might start to be your enemies, if you have much money. The rich easily become well known. There are many people, who may want to cheat on the rich person. They may try to make some deals with you. It is very difficult to be as careful as possible so as not to let others steal your money.

Another important thing is that most people don't like the rich. They are considered to be mean, greedy, concentrated only on their bank accounts. The rest of the people are malicious and cynical towards the wealthy.

Summing up, in my opinion, much money may make you strong enemies. Even those, who seem to be friends, may simply cheat on you. It is difficult for the rich to make real friendship. You cannot buy someone's trust or honesty. Getting rich, one may realize, if he has any real friends.
