Dear Maggie
Thanks for your last letter. I hope that you're ok.
You're asking me what I usually do in my spare time. Well, I must say that I don't have much free time but when I have it, I make good use of it. I'm a very sociable person so I like spending time with my friends. We meet every weekend and go together for pizza, to the cinema or to a concert. We also often go dancing in the disco. Sometimes we meet at my house, order a pizza and spend an evening watching DVDs or just sitting and talking.
I like keeping fit so when I have some free time I go to the gym or to the swimming pool. Sometimes I also play basketball with my friends. In my leasure time I often listen to my favourite music or read a book. Besides, I devote part of my leasure time to my hobby which is painting. When the weather is fine, I take my easels and go to the countryside, where I always find some beautiful view to paint.
When it comes to TV, I don't watch it very often. I prefer listening to the radio but if I turn on,TV I like watching documentaries and the news.
You also asked me about the style of my clothes. Well, I like comfortable clothes so usually I wear jeans and jumper or T-shirt and trainers. When I go out with my friends, I put on a skirt or a dress, a top and high-heeled shoes.
I also would like to get to know you better. Could you write to me something about your family and your favourite music and pop stars? And, of course, tell me what you do in your leasure time.
