Mrs. Sportswoman is always training very hard because she must stay be form. She wakes up early in the morning and jogs for 30 minutes. Before breakfast she exercise for few minutes. On breakfast she has only dietetic and healthy food. She usually eats yogurt, some vegetables and musli.
She lives 3 kilometers from the place where she works but she does not drive. She goes on foot. During the lunch brake she goes to a restaurant with healthy food. After work she goes to the swimming pool and spends there one hour. Three times a week she meets with her friends and they play together. Usually they play tennis but sometimes they ride a bike. In the evening, before she goes to bed, she does exercise. She in perfect condition and never is ill because of her life style. Maybe the way in which she lives is difficult and tiring but the results of it are very good.
