Computers are an indispensable part of our lives. A first computer was invented in 1948 and since then they have changed many fields of our daily activity. They are useful at work, during studying, in businesses or in scientific researches. Computers have a huge impact on the development of the science and the technology. Thanks to computers the complicated mathematical calculations can be done within a minute. Computers are helpful in data gathering, different kind of tests and analysis. Computer applications can be useful in many factories where they are involved in controlling systems or in analyzing processes. What is more, they are also used to produce certain goods and can be the integrated parts of the goods such as cars, trains, ships, weapons, cash registers or machine tools.

That day was beautiful. The weather was very nice: the sun was shining clearly. I was walking with my dog. When I was crossing the street, I suddenly saw a child riding his small bicycle. There weren't any adults, who were supposed to look for the little boy. Suddenly, a car appeared, while the boy was crossing the street. The driver didn't mange to stop the car and he hit the boy. He fell down, but it seemed that noting bed had happened. He was crying aloud, but apart from some bruises and cut the knee he didn't suffer from any other serious injuries. I run to him and I tried to calm the boy down. Fortunately, the accident wasn't serious.

I have to say that I don't approve of smoking. It is sure that smoking is very harmful. It may cause the lung cancer or other serious diseases. I think that the smoking in public places shouldn't be allowed. For the non-smokers it is very difficult to spend some time among smokers. In some pubs and cafés there are the clouds of smoke. After the evening spending in a pub all clothes should be washed immediately. Moreover, the smoking should be banned at bus stops. Instead of allowing smoking, Polish government should promote the lifestyle.

I think that feminism brought some positive results. It is guaranteed that women and men have the same right. We have the possibility to enjoy equal education, jobs and family position. Today women many times have approved that they can be as good as the men in many fields. There were a lot of famous and powerful women such as Danuta Hubner and Margret Thatcher. A lot of women may decide whether she is going to get married or bringing up children alone. Moreover, women have the opportunity to develop themselves and make the career.
Co myślisz o równouprawnieniu?
It is told that everyone is equal. It is guaranteed that women and men have the same right. We have the possibility to enjoy equal education, jobs and family position. However, there are a lot of situations when people are discriminated. Many things depend on your connections and your wealthy, rather than on your personality and skills. Often someone received a job, because he is a man or have some connection in the right place. This situation is very similar to the situation described by Orwell in "Animal Farm" where "all are equal but some are more equal than others".
Co można zrobić dla naturalnego środowiska?
We should think about some how we can make our planet cleaner. There are some easy solutions: instead of driving a car to work we should take a walk or commute. It reduces the amount of fumes in the air. And it is much healthier! Before throwing out our garbage it is better to sort all of them: bottles, papers and cans and then put them into the special containers. Then they should be recycled. It reduces all the mass of garbage throwing out on the landfill sites. The other thing we could do is using sprays which are environmental friendly and they don't damage the ozone layer. It is time to exchange our old refrigerators and buy a new one which doesn't produce substances damaging this layer. What we can do to protect our environment is to change our habits by reducing the amount of water and electricity we daily used. Instead of taking a bath in the bathtub full of water you'd better have a shower. What is more, turn always the light off when you leave your room. It benefits not only in reducing costs, but also you contribute to the protection of environment.

The drug addiction belongs to the biggest problems of the society of the 21st century. The most exposed to become addicted are young people. Drugs are more harmful than cigarettes and alcohol. And the drug addiction is also much more troublesome. The young people soon become completely dependent on this deadly habit. Hoping to find the goals of their life and pleasure they decide to take drugs and then they aren't able to notice how speedily they became addicted. Due to drugs harmful consequences, drugs supplying should be strictly punished.

Passive form of spending free time is very unhealthy. What is more, watching television is very time-consuming, so you wouldn't have a lot of time for your duties and fiends. Take care of your health and stop spending so many hours before the TV screen!

I want to invite you to come to Poland for Christmas. You probably know that there are a lot of Polish traditions, which are completely different from the British ones. So I would like to present you some examples: on Christmas Eve the whole family gathers together as soon as the first star appears. There is also an empty space, which is designed for an unexpected guest. On the Christmas table there should be twelve different dishes. To typical Polish dishes belong: red borsch, sour cabbage with mushrooms, fish, seed cake and pies. Before we start eating, we share the holy wafer among each other. There is also a nice custom of giving small presents to everyone. So everyone should find a small gift under the Christmas tree. There is also nice "midnight mass", which is full of preys and Christmas carols. People celebrate that Christ had been born. It is said that night animals speak with human voices. Generally, Polish Christmas is the time full of happiness and joy.

He presents such amazing parts of the world as The Himalayas, Bangladesh, The Sudan and The Amazon Jungle. The pictures are breathtaking! It is defiantly worth watching! I think the program is worth watching for every one, because sumo is Japanese tradition, so it would be great possibility to learn something about the Far East. Moreover, it would be a huge spectacle. Every single movement of sumo contestant is important and have a lot of fun. In spite the fact that each fight has only ten seconds. Today the one of the most serious problem is the protection of natural environment. Our natural environment is badly polluted. Many Polish rivers are contaminated and the water is too dirty to bath and drink and often it can't be even used to wash or cool the systems in factories. What is more, the pollution of the air in big cities is raising a big problem. In such areas as Silesia, Łódź or Cracow there is smog and fumes form factories and cars pollute the air. Some of us blame the communist rules for that situation. It is said that their short-sighted policy caused ecological damages. The other problem is the number of rubbish we produce everyday. Such rubbish as paper, cans, glass and plastic bottles should be segregated and recycled. We also should save our natural resources such as wood and clean water. We should take care of our natural environment, because in this way we can make our world cleaner and healthier place to live people.
