It seems to be the most embarrassing story it has ever happened. Then I felt like a fool for a long time. It was couple months ago. I was on my way home in the underground. I was absorbing with an English book I had borrowed couple hours earlier, when suddenly the man next to me told me: "Tickets to control, please!". I wasn't afraid, because I had the monthly ticket. I pulled out my wallet from the bag and I calmly started looking for it. I was certainly sure that it had been put inside the wallet. But unfortunately it wasn't there! I began to panic. The man who checked the tickets was standing above me and he was waiting when I shown him my ticket. Then I realized that I probably had put the ticket into my jacket's pocket earlier. But the day of the control I wasn't wearing it! I became nervous and I continued my bag's searching. I hoped the man would become so bored of waiting for my ticket that he went away. But unfortunately he was standing patiently and waiting. So I confessed that I had left my ticket at home. He asked me to go with him. I had to get off the train. I was so angry and desperate that I wanted to vanish. But the worst happened next! Firstly, he asked me to show my school identity card, but I didn't have it too, so he threatened me that he would take me to the police station. But he demanded to pay about 80 zlotys. Then I was free. I had to buy the ticket and go home. When I came back home I started searching the ticket in my jacket I had left at home. But there was nothing! I was searching this stupid ticket for about a half an hour and finally I found it in my bag! Then I was mad and angry. I had this ticket in my bag all the time! I was convinced that I had left in at home and I couldn't find it because of the stressful situation the bus. I felt terrible. I lost 80 zlotys! How could I be so stupid? It was the worst day of my life. I told my family about this horrible event and they are laughing at me till today.
