Dear Margareth!

How are you? I hope you` re well! I was busy last month, that`s why I couldn`t write to you.

Last week, on Monday to our high school came well-known professor Murphy from the Institute of healthy feeding in America. Lecture was delivered by him and his wife, doctor Inez, at the gym. They were talking about healthy lifestyle. Professor told us, that young people, especially at my age, should follow a sensible diet. Whether you`re old person or young one, you need to eat right. You should drink plenty of water, eat vegetables and fruit. Doctor Inez mentioned about taking vitamins. Everyone should also visit dentist twice a year for cleanings and check ups. Teenagers must get at least six hours of sleep at night. If you`ve sedentary lifestyle you need to take up sport, stay in shape and work out in the gym. If we don`t follow it, we can put on weight and have serious problems with our health!

I`m not a fitness fanatic but I really appreciate these advices. I`ll try to avoid stress and keep fit! I don`t have enough time for sport. I think, that I`m not a couch potato as many people of my age. I hope I`m as fit as a fiddle!
