W sklepie internetowym kupiłeś biżuterię. Napisz list z reklamacją, w którym:

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about a ring that I bought In your shop last week. The ring was silver and it had a blue stone.
When I received a box with my purchase I was not pleased. The ring was scratched and it didn't fit on my finger. As if this were not enough when I rang to your office I talked with a secretary who didn't know about my purchase. I think tahat she was very unpleasent and unhelpful.
I wolud therefore be grateful if you could consider a full refund of my money. You can also send me a new ring in the right size.
In addition, I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with your services and staff.
If you don't consider my problem I will go to the consumer office.
