  How are you? I hope you are fine. I'm writing to you because I would like to tell you about healthy eating.

  I went to a talk which was given by young students who were talking about healthy eating.

  They arrived at my school a week ago. They had diagrams and a lot of leaflets. I think they were well organised.

  One of them said that the last meal should be eaten before 6 p.m. You know it's impossible for us because we love to eat up! The second thing what he said was that people should cut down on fatty food and take up sport. The most important meal is breakfast. It gives us energy and strength for the rest of a day.

  Well, in my opinion this advice is useful and I want to try it, but at first I should reduce stress. For people it can be difficult, but thanks to that they will be healthy and their life will be easier and better.
