What will the world be like in 2050? Will it be much different than it is today? How will children be born?
I think that fewer children than today will be delivered to the world by real birth. Most of them will come from the tubes. Women won't have to get pregnant. Parents will be able to decide, how their child looks like and what features it has. They simply will have to go to a doctor and tell him, what kind of a child they want.
Moreover human beings will completely lose their individuality. They will be like products. A child in a family will no longer be considered a miracle. Only adults who do useful work will have a real right to live. Children will be considered not fully valuable.
Nevertheless, there will be some advantages of being a child. It will be given all it needs. Children will be fed with the healthiest food. There will be no more hunger and no diseases.
