The person I admire most is Elvis Presley.
When I was six years old I heard about Elvis for the first time. I heard some his famous songs and I think I liked them. I saw his first video clip and his performance on the stage on TV, when there was his birthday anniversary. Now I know that Elvis Presley is my idol.
Today I know Elvis better and I can understand what he was singing about. I have read a lot of his biographies. I still admired Elvis and I like his story. He was born in a poor family in the village. He achieved fame thanks to his talents, determination and stubbornness. He became one of the biggest music stars. When he became rich and famous, his life changed diametrically. Some fans of Elvis know a lot about his eccentric behavior. When his daughter Priscilla was five years was playing near his house in Graceland, he came to her and she told him: "Daddy, I'd like to play in the snow so much". Unfortunately, it happened in June, but Elvis took his daughter and went straight to his car. Then they drove quickly to the airport and without thinking they flew in his private jet to Montana. There were mountains around and they played together in the snow for about half an hour and then flew back to Graceland. It is said that Elvis was friendly and generous. When he was a child, he shared his toys with everyone. However, he was also poor. When he was rich, he gave away his friends Cadillacs. He had got hundreds of Cadillacs.
The other interesting episode is connected with his service in the US Army. When he decided to join the army, he was a famous rock'n'roll superstar. A lot of crazy teens were protested against his joining the army. But Elvis was determined to join the army and serve his country. He thought that it was his duty. He did it like the other young men in his age.

His songs are simple and a lot of people love them. I think that Elvis was the person who we can appreciate. Some of us may criticize him, but I think he was a great musician and unusual person. He was very charismatic and amazing!
