I am writing this letter in response to the advertisement published in yesterday's "Cinemaniac". I have some additional questions concerning the festival you are advertising.
Could you tell me what films you are planning to show on each day of the festival? And is it possible for me to obtain some information about the films? I also wonder what means of transport is most convenient to travel to York from Norfolk-is it better to travel by train or by bus?
It is going to be my first visit to York, thus I would like to ask you for directions from the bus or railway station to the venue of the festival.
I also would like to obtain some more details concerning the accommodation. Does the price per night includes a full board or a half board accommodation? And is the hostel situated within a walking distance from the venue of the festival? I would like to stay in one room with my three friends -is there any four-bedded room available in the hostel?
