My name is Anna and I want to tell you something about my family. My ancestors came from Krakow. My great grandparents were born there and spent there their whole life. My great grandfather built a house in Kraków. It was a very big house because he and his wife had many children; there were seven of them. My grandfather was one of them. When he was ten years old his mother died. Three years late my great grandfather married another woman. They did not have any children. My grandfather told me once that he did not like his new mother. She was completely different from his mother. But he had his brothers and sister whom he liked very much. At that time he spent a lot of time in the house of her aunt. She was like a mother for him. When my grandfather was twenty-six, he married a woman - my grandmother. They had three children: two boys and a girl. One of the boys was my father. My grandparents moved with their children from Kraków to the village where we live now. My father went to the same primary and secondary school as I go now. Later he went to Kraków to study math at the university and there he met my mother. When they finished their education they got married. They did not build their own house but they returned to parents of my father. I was born a few years later. I have a sister we still live there, my grandparents, my parents, my siblings and me. We are a happy family, we spend much time together and we do not quarrel very often. Even if we do, we quickly forget about it. I enjoy living in one house with my parents and grandparents. I think that such families are happier than those in which parents and grandparents live in different houses or even towns. I hope that I will stay with my parents in the future, even if I will have my own family.
